Innovation

One of the main pillars of our Strategic Plan is the reinforcement and promotion of R&D aimed at developing new, innovative and practical products that provide added value to our customers.

To do this, our R&D team works on several lines of research related to the latest trends in the ICT sector.

At Biocorporate Technologies we are constantly studying advances in methodologies and tools in order to offer our clients the most optimal and uptodate solutions.

We study and apply new technologies and we support R&D to provide our added value, which can make a decisive contribution.

We are constantly planning and learning to make research one of the main engines of our activity, which is why we are in constant contact with academic institutions and universities to keep our added value as uptodate as possible.

Innovation is therefore part of our company’s daytoday life, as we force ourselves to implement processes that allow us to suitably
manage the services, products and organization.

Currently, we are focusing on the following topics:

Contacto

Artificial Intelligence

One of the main challenges we face with each project is that of improving the services perceived by our customers or users, who increasingly demand more immediacy and higher quality. We achieve this by applying innovative technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI).

In the paradigm shift we are experiencing, consumers show that they are willing to change their consumption habits every so often if it improves their experience. This forces companies to change in the same way by applying new technologies.

Currently, with the aim of offering added value, AI techniques are being applied not only to products for our end users but also inside our company to improve the processes and make them more profitable.

However, although there is user demand for AI and its success has been proved, some barriers (fundamentally technical ones) are slowing down its adoption, including the large number of technologies, professional profiles and specific knowledge that it requires. That is why at Biocorporate Technologies we are working on R&D in machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques, with the dual objective of applying them inside our company and taking them to our clients.

Another of the challenges posed by artificial intelligence is not technical but ethical. At Biocorporate Technologies we take care that the artificial intelligence systems that we develop have an ethical design. We monitor aspects such as user and data privacy, security, fairness, inclusion, avoiding bias, transparency and responsible use.

Business Intelligence

At Biocorporate Technologies we investigate the best methodologies for applying business intelligence in companies, depending on the individual needs and the situation, and we work to carry it out efficiently and simply. Many attempts have been made to improve the decisionmaking process in companies. In recent years, the tools, strategies and data that we can capture and analyse have changed so much that we can aspire to scenarios in which our use of data has spectacular potential. However, data can come from sources
or silos with a variety of structures, and the mechanisms for collecting, processing and analysing it are complex.
